Dr. Malika Roman Isler, Director of Wellbeing, spoke about her background and her new team as well as the WFU Thrive initiative and ways that staff can get involved.

The SAC was pleased to have Dr. Malika Roman Isler, Director of Wellbeing, join us for our meeting for the first time since her arrival at Wake Forest University in October 2014. The motion to the proposed by-law change was passed: Any department reporting to a Cabinet member that has fewer than 50 employees shall be included in the Finance and Administration Division.

Communications: The SAC e-newletter reached all staff for the 1st time this month, partnering with the CEF committee and Athletics to hold a raffle for 4 court side tickets to the last home men’s basketball game against Pittsburgh.

General Announcements

Healthy Outcomes: The program is based on completing activities to earn credits. If you earn at least 120 credits by March 31, 2015, Wake Forest will reduce your medical plan premiums by $200 in June 2015.
