Rachel joined the University staff in 2009 working for Information Systems. Her current role in IS is manager of the student employees at the Bridge Service Desk. With a public relations background in New York, including work with the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation, she brings her passion to motivate a student team to create a positive customer service driven environment. Rachel’s mission is to teach students the importance of interpersonal skills and how to provide effective customer service. Rachel hopes to bring compassion and effective communication to her position on the SAC and serve as an advocate for staff across campus. Rachel received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Wake Forest in 1993.
